Our products

How to find the right size when ordering?

On our product pages you will find size guides to guide you as best as possible. If there is no size on the product, it will be adapted to all sizes with adjustable elements. For more advice, contact us .

How to choose your NIJ resistance level?

There are two types of plates: flexible and rigid. The flexible NIJ 3A covers you against knives and handguns. Soft, they adapt to the shape of your body and are more pleasant to wear. Ideal for security guards. The NIJ 3 & 4 rigid plates are made for larger calibers, up to armor-piercing calibers for 4. They will be suitable for war zones. Be careful, they are heavier and will only cover your vital organs.

Are ballistic plates anti-trauma?

Yes, our ballistic plates are anti-trauma. However, receiving a bullet is never pleasant, which is why we recommend a double plate assembly to reduce the force of the impact.

Which plate holder should you choose to replace your equipment when you are a gendarme or police officer?

If you work in law enforcement, we recommend the mike vest which can accommodate your flexible endowment plates.

Which plate holder should you choose to replace your equipment when you are in the military?

If you work in a war zone, we recommend the golf vest which can accommodate your rigid equipment plates but which will allow you to take your accessories with you.

Where do our products come from?

Our products come from different countries: United States, France, Poland, Kazakhstan, China and Taiwan. For ballistic plates we favor the US but given the current situation and to ensure reasonable deadlines we prefer Taiwanese production. No quality problem: all plates are tested and sold with the ballistic certificate. If, however, you are looking for other origins, contact us and we will be able to see the supplier stocks available at the time of the request.

Is it possible to try our products?

Yes, it is possible to obtain a demo model. However, this will only be possible for serious requests containing at least 10 pieces. You will be asked for identification and proof of address. You will be able to keep the product for 7 days before returning it to us. If deadlines are not met, TD WEB LLP will take legal action.

Are the products customizable?

Are our products compatible with AGPM / TEGO / Etc military insurance?

Yes, our products come with all the necessary certificates to be covered by your insurance. It is possible to obtain these documents in advance to obtain confirmation of your establishment.

Delivery & Order

What is the delivery time for an order?

Your order will be processed in 1 to 3 business days. Then, delivery takes between 5 and 9 working days unless you have selected express delivery. Please note, it is possible that following a large order volume or strikes, public holidays or others, your order may be delayed. If this is the case , contact us and our teams will help you track your order.

Can I modify my order?

Yes, it is possible to modify your order within the first day following your payment. Please note, if this deadline has passed and we have prepared the order, it will not be possible to do so and you will have to make a return. If this is your case, contact us .

Who delivers my package?

We generally ship with UPS. If, however, you wish to change carrier, you can request it when ordering or contact us . It is possible that sometimes to reduce delivery times we use Fedex or Colissimo.

Where can I find my tracking number?

When processing your order, Shopify will automatically send you your tracking number (check your spam). If you have not received your tracking number you can find it on your order confirmation page. What should I do if my order is not complete?

If your order includes several items, they may be sent separately, depending on available stocks and shipping warehouses. Don't worry, your package will arrive shortly. The different tracking numbers can be found on your order confirmation page. If the delivery time seems too long to you , contact us .

I had customs fees, what should I do?

Depending on the product you are ordering and our order flow, your package may go through customs. If fees apply, contact us . We will reimburse you in full for costs incurred upon presentation of the receipt.

What should I do if I have not received my order?

A problem with delivery? Lost, broken, destroyed package? Contact us . Our team will help you with your efforts. If your package is declared lost, we will resend another package simply asking you to send us the additional product if you have a double delivery.

Can I cancel my order?
